Yes, the customer service is superb! I can’t believe the quality and price of this doll, she is absolutely beautiful. The joints are perfect, the hands and feet are super realistic, and the honeypot is the best I’ve ever seen! I have two other dolls that are almost twice the price and this is my favorite doll! The skin tone is also the same color as my tan doll so I can swap heads which is a nice bonus.
